Did you hear our announcement?!!! We are hosting a very special Ladies Garden Party at Parkland Garden Centre on Tuesday, June 18th 7-9 pm. We would love to have you join us for an evening in the garden .. door prizes, dessert bar, swag bags and shop with some amazing vendors! A workshop to create a beautiful flower bowl will also be available with Parkland Garden Centre for an additional charge of $25 plus gst.
Registration for ‘Bloom’ will open May 1st on our website or in person at our services! Cost $20/person. Registration is limited so be sure to secure your spot early!

In 2006, our founder, Laurisa Williams, had a vision to see churches in Red Deer come together for praise and worship, led by local worship leaders and musicians from various churches in our city. Embraced Worship held their first service, November 5, 2006 with a team that represented several local churches and over the next thirteen years, Embraced Worship continued to hold three services per year and were involved in other local city-wide events.

In 2020, they felt God calling them to step more consistently into their calling and they launched Embraced Worship on Saturday nights! Every Saturday night looks a little
different with worship teams and leaders from various churches, prayer, special guests, as well as our {Rev12:11} services, where we feature those who share a powerful testimony of God’s power at work in their lives!
Embraced Worship exists for the benefit of the community in which we have been planted for the last 16 years. This is our home. We love it and our desire is to continue serving our city well.

How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.

LAURISA WILLIAMS
Founder
Laurisa has been leading worship for over 25 years. Passion for God’s people and His Church is what motivated Laurisa and her husband, Nathan to begin Embraced Worship in 2006. Nathan also serves each week and heads up our Production & Media teams.
TINA HENRY
Finance
Tina has been part of Embraced Worship since 2006. Tina serves on our worship team and her husband, Eddy is also part of our Production team.
Judy Bousquet
Executive Assistant
Judy has been part of Embraced Worship since 2021. Judy has a deep love for people and on Tuesday nights, you will find her enjoying her role behind the Merch Table and serving wherever else there is a need! Judy also assists behind the scenes in the office during the week.
